For photography, will you provide a cd or a digital file?
Lately, I have been uploading all my files to Dropbox. It is an easier and faster way to deliver photos. If you require a picture cd, there is a minimal fee to cover the cd cost and mailing. All corporate photographs are given at a good quality resolution, unmarked.
For cinematography, will you provide the raw/un-cut footage?
We don’t typically provide raw footage (photo and cinema). We edit all our videos.
What is your turn-around date?
We can deliver within a few days of shooting. Depending on the deadline and urgency, we can have a very quick turnaround date. However, cinema will take a little bit longer, due to longer edits.
Do you charge taxes?
Yes. We charge both the TPS and TVQ taxes in Quebec.
Will you travel?
Yes. We have clients across Canada and some international clients as well.
How are payments made?
You can write a cheque to Business Media Creations. All projects are paid in full before the final product (both for photo and cinema) are released.
Do you blog or post corporate pictures on-line?
Yes. We will post corporate pictures and videos for demos on our FB page and blog.
How long will you hold on to our files?
We usually keep your files open up to 6 months. This will allow you to come back and purchase other enlargements or books or do re-edits on videos. Please inquire about fees.
Do you offer consultation on projects?
Yes. We offer a free consultation. We will gladly help you conceptualize your ideas and provide you with as much creative input and direction. Let’s get started!
